Property Description
Our cheap hostel/rooms for rent is located at the gateway of Venice, just a few minutes from the airport, in a quiete residential area of the mainland, which is the nearest area to the historical centre, an ideal position for everyone who is looking for a confortable stay in Venice at a reasonable price, you can enjoy the ancient city avoiding high costs and troubles. The firm is personally managed by the venetian owner.
The bus stop is a few meters from our premises, in ten minutes you can reach the historical centre, buses run every ten minutes from 5 a.m. till 1 a.m. Our favourable position allows you to take it as starting point to visit important places in Venice or in Veneto region, an ideal point of departure to visit unforgettable cities and lovely places.
Our hostel-rooms for rent is also well connected with Marco Polo international airport, Treviso airport, Venice and Mestre railway station, and the motorway junctions that go to all directions. Venice Rooms is situated in a private house of completly new building with an independent entrance and a little garden. There is a free internet corner for our guests. A supermarket is located just in front, the use of the kitchen will save you a lot of money (very few places in this city offer a kitchen) . A swimming-pool and a wide park is 200 meters close.
Credit cards only to secure the bookings, payments must be made in cash upon arrival. Extra person in room: 15 euro more. The cheapest twin room has a bunk bed. Use of washing machine for 1 euro. It is strictly forbidden to drink alcoholics inside the house. You must take your towels. At the arrival you have to sign a contract of rent of the required room, for the required days. No service is included, we simply rent the rooms.
Check in: 10 am till midnight. You must check in before midnight. Late arrivals can be arranged upon previous request but only for three nights stay.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation policy 48 hours before check-in or no show: first night amount. Cancellation must be done only by mail or letter. No reduction of price will be made for later arrivals, for earlier departures or changes of room.
Bus stop to Venice at 10 mt ! Price of the bus ticket 1 euro. Remember that if you book a hostel in the island and you have to use a water bus in order to reach it, the price is 6 euro each way. This doesn't happen here.
