Reviews & Ratings nigoktsis8014 stayed here on 09th August 2010 It's the best 'value of money' you can do in Venice. Really nice and excellent location. | | yuhugo922211 stayed here on 07th August 2010 I was really surprised.
This hotel may be a little difficult to find because you have to take some narrow street but it really worth it. The room was about normal, and the view directly on the canal was beautiful. The only disturbing thing was the tiny bathroom (well for this price you can't have everything;) ) | | remay4435 stayed here on 05th August 2010 Great location although can be very noisy early in the morning as it is right on the cannal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. | | cabrown2853 stayed here on 26th July 2010 Loved this place. It is very conveniently located, walking distance from a major water bus stop and walking distance from the main are in venice (Duomo area). The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The only down side was there was no internet which was a bummer but there was an internet cafe located about 100 yards from the hotel. | | alewis from USA stayed here on 17th July 2010 Hotel Caneva was a good value in a great location! I would definitely recommend it for the price, at least during the week. | Male 18-24 | sandylyng6298 from England stayed here on 15th July 2010 It is a shame that the room is very hot as the window is small and no wind can come through. The good thing is the hostel is at the centre of the places of interest. | | pryan7414 from Ireland stayed here on 11th July 2010 Very good value, rooms with air conditioning and breakfast, great location | Couple 25-30 | laurengolds8604 from USA stayed here on 09th July 2010 This is an amazing hotel for its price range. It's extremely clean, is run by a super friendly and helpful staff, is located in the heart of the city, and offers free breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. | | susannahsachdeva377 from USA stayed here on 05th July 2010 It was excruciatingly hot in our room. There was no AC, only a fan. We had to sleep with our windows open every night and I therefore left withover 10 bug bites on my body. We slept awfully from the heat. Included breakfast was nice. Owner is a very nice man. Would not return, though. The bug bites still haunt me :( | Female 18-24 | themaestroisin7498 from Italy stayed here on 30th June 2010 Recently spent 3 nights in Venice - Caneva is a great place, like a hotel, albeit a slightly run-down one. It\'s in a great location (castello) but hard to find the first time. Staff is very nice, room was well furnished and AC\'d. Large pleasant brfst included. when leaving you have to drop your bags in an open front room, but we did that all day long, and everything was fine bc the staff is always there. Tucked away, nice almost-hotel experience in a very expensive town. Reccomnded. | Male 25-30 | | 1 | 2 | 3 | | | |
